How the Intensives Work
A 30 minute Coaching Intensive is a one-to-one conversation between an experienced Business Coach and a client conducted remotely by phone/video or face-to-face.
Step-by-step how they work
1) You request and purchase a 30 minute Coaching Intensive from a list of subjects.Current subjects include:
Communication, Persuasion, Mindset, Inspiration, Delivering Results, Change, Tricky People Situations and Handling Inbound and Outbound Telephone Calls.
2) Contact details are exchanged
3) You will be offered a time and date for the 30 Minute Coaching Intensive to take place. If this is inconvenient you will contact us with at least three alternative dates/times to consider until a mutually convenient event can be agreed. You will be given the name of the coach and a number to call.
Once agreed you must adhere to this time and date otherwise the opportunity to receive the coaching will be lost.
3) You are sent some pre-reading to be read and completed prior to the call.
4) The call takes place
During the call the coach explores the answers to five primary subjects/questions.
1. The challenges you are currently facing
2. Why you want to adopt the technique
3. What the technique is
4. Practically how it can be used
5. What’s in it for you and the payoff from translating the technique into a habit
These ensure that you have both the will (desire) and skill (required knowledge) to learn and apply the technique and reap the rewards.
5) Towards the conclusion of the call the Business Coach will agree with you what the next steps will be including how they will communicate progress and successes and what further support they require.
6) Follow up and support
Any follow up actions and support takes place as agreed
